Founded by educator, speaker, and creative facilitator Louise Hill Davis, LHD sits at the intersection of lived experience, education, and the arts. We create safer spaces for learning, unlearning, and growth, tailored for professionals and organisations working with diverse communities.
About Louise
Louise is a qualified educator and Oliver McGowan Training facilitator with a background in health and social care education. She brings both professional insight and personal experience to her work, using creativity as a tool for connection and change.
She holds BA, BSc, and Master’s level qualifications, and is a member of Race Equality North Somerset (RENS) and the Institute of Health Education Promotion (IHEP). When she’s not facilitating, you’ll find her writing poetry, mentoring emerging facilitators, or speaking at events across the UK.
“My approach is grounded in care — I create spaces where people can show up as they are, learn bravely, and grow together.” — Louise
