With a focus on lived experience and sector expertise, we offer training that supports the connected realities of health, social care, education, and community work—honouring the spaces where they meet and influence each other.
Inclusive Practice & Allyship
We help individuals and organisations build truly inclusive environments—where equity isn’t just a value but a lived experience. Our sessions on anti-racism and LGBTQ+ allyship invite honest reflection and provide practical tools for embedding inclusion into daily practice. These sessions are ideal for those working across care, education, and community settings.

Neurodivergence & Oliver McGowan
We offer compassionate, evidence-based training on neurodiversity and the realities of supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities. As a lead trainer for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, Louise also trains people with learning disabilities and autistic people to become co-trainers, ensuring that lived experience is at the heart of the work.

Health & Social Care Workshops
From safeguarding to person-centred approaches, our interactive workshops are designed to strengthen the confidence and competence of health and social care professionals. Sessions cover key areas of practice, supporting both new entrants and experienced staff across the sector.

Creative Facilitation & Reflective Practice
Poetry, storytelling, and reflective writing are powerful tools for connection and understanding. We use creative facilitation to support personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and team development—creating space for depth, voice, and meaning in even the most professional settings.

Speaking & Consultancy
Looking for a keynote speaker or strategic support? Louise offers powerful, story-led talks that inspire action, alongside consultancy that helps shape inclusive cultures across health and education. From curriculum reviews to co-produced policies, we work alongside you to make change feel possible—and sustainable.
